Accesso Partners Buys Phila.’s 1515 Market St.

Accesso Partners LLC is buying the 502,000-square-foot office building at 1515 Market St. in Philadelphia.

The property is being sold by a venture of Winthrop Realty Trust Inc. and Stockton Real Estate Advisors for $85.3 million, or roughly $170/sf. JLL represents the venture.

The property, which is also known as Three Penn Center, would be the first in the northeast for Accesso, the former Beacon Investment Properties of Hallandale Beach, Fla.

The 10-year-old company pursues stabilized and value-add office properties in growing markets. It owns properties in eight states in the Midwest, Southeast and Southcentral regions. Its biggest holding is the IDS Center, a 1.4 million-sf office…
