Historically, our acquisition focus has been on properties situated in major markets in the South and along the Eastern Seaboard. In 2013, we expanded our focus significantly with acquisitions of low, mid, and high-rise office towers in the Midwest, Upper Midwest and Rocky Mountain region.
Typically, our assets have been acquired at a fraction of their replacement cost. In every transaction, our goal is to create value by either improving or repositioning strategically purchased properties or leasing up limited vacancies at current market rates.
