Californiabased American Honda Finance Corp. has decided to keep its large Las Colinas office at Royal Ridge 7 in Irving.

The company has signed a 10year lease for 75,785 square feet of space on two floors within the Class A tower at 3625 W. Royal Lane in Irving. This lease for American Honda Finance Corp. is a renewal for the company, which originally moved into the office tower in 2000.

The ownership group, Accesso Partners, is proud to have a longterm quality anchor tenant like American Honda Finance, said Ward Eastman, vice president at the Dallas office of DTZ, which was formerly known as Cassidy Turley.

Eastman and Chris Taylor, executive managing director of DTZ, represented the ownership group in the deal. Nathan Piehl of DTZ’s Los Angeles office and Jim Lob of DTZ’s Dallas office represented American Honda Finance in the lease renewal.

This property is one of the building ownership’s 12 office buildings it owns in North Texas. Candace covers commercial and residential real estate and sports business.
