Multifamily Investment Strategy
- Identify markets with supply shortages and strong demand fundamentals to invest in ground-up development with experienced local developers
- Stabilize and Sell: Maximize returns over a short/medium-term hold
- Build to Core: Refinance and return a percentage of the initial capital contribution upon stabilization and provide an attractive cash-on-cash yield on the remaining equity
