Leading national homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes reups its commitment to Atrium at Park Ten in Houston

Accesso, a fully integrated investment manager and operator of multi-tenant office, mixed-use and multifamily assets, today announced a slate of new leases across its Texas portfolio. The new leases comprise nearly 51,000 square feet and a variety of tenants, reflecting consistent confidence in the company’s asset management capabilities and the quality of its properties.

“These new leases underscore our dedication to continuing to provide superior office space to the Texas business community, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with many of the forward-thinking companies in the state,” said Daniel LaGree, Director, Asset Management for Accesso. “Texas provides a low-cost and business-friendly environment that helps companies in a wide variety of sectors thrive, and we’re proud to support their continued success. We look forward to building upon our tenant relationships in the region for years to come.”

The new leases include:

  • Atrium at Park Ten in Houston:
    • A 24,000-plus-square-foot lease renewal for Tri Pointe Homes, a leading home builder known for creating premium homes and communities, which elected to renew its lease because of the property’s ideal location directly off of Interstate 10, making it perfectly situated to accommodate the company’s employees and customers. The firm plans to upgrade its finishes and reconfigure its office layout over the course of its new lease term.
    • A nearly 2,000-square-foot lease renewal for Highway 9 Consulting, which helps marketers and sales teams use HubSpot to acquire, cultivate and close B2B industrial buyers.
  • 7700 Parmer in Austin:
    • A nearly 10,000-square-foot new lease for The Heil Co., D/B/A 3rd Eye, an industry leader in innovative heavy-duty truck camera systems with advanced smart and AI technology that automatically solves problems that traditionally required manual driver actions.
  • 3900 Essex in Houston:
    • A nearly 7,000-square-foot lease renewal for Slade & Baker Vision, an ophthalmologist and eye center.
    • A 4,100-plus-square-foot lease renewal for The Jackson Law Firm, a business litigation law firm.
  • 6330 West Loop South in Houston:
    • A 3,300-square-foot lease renewal for Dr. Alain Katic, a psychiatrist.

Atrium at Park Ten is a nearly 140,000-square-foot, three-story suburban office building situated across more than six acres, at the heart of the Katy Freeway West/Energy Corridor submarket. In addition to its immediate access to Interstate 10, it offers proximity to Beltway 8 and Grand Parkway and boasts a park-like setting near upscale residential neighborhoods, dining and retail shopping. Additionally, it features a contemporary design with large floorplans, granting tenants flexibility to accommodate growth. Accesso recently implemented multiple capital improvements at Atrium at Park Ten, including a new roof, tenant lounge and conference room.
