Increase in activity reflects a combination of company’s value creation strategy and recent momentum in U.S. office market
Accesso, a fully integrated investment manager and operator of multi-tenant office, mixed-use and multifamily assets, today announced that it has signed nearly 112,000 square feet in lease expansions across its portfolio over the last 12 months. The expansions were executed at Accesso properties in multiple MSAs, including Innovation Park in Charlotte, NC; the Westlakes office complex in Berwyn, PA; Remount Business Park in Charleston, SC; 10333 Richmond in Houston, TX; The Atrium at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, FL; and others.

The expansion agreements reflect a diverse slate of tenants. Key transactions include:
- A 28,000-plus-square-foot expansion and renewal for The Imagine Group LLC, a commercial print solutions and visual communications firm at Innovation Park, located at 8505 IBM Drive in Charlotte, NC (~267,000 square feet total);
- A nearly 24,000-square-foot expansion for Scientific Research Corporation, an advanced engineering company focused on state-of-the-art solutions in defense, federal, global, cyber and intelligence, at Remount Business Park in Charleston, SC (~134,000 square feet total);
- An 11,000-plus-square-foot extension and expansion for Bradley Law Firm PLLC, a law firm located at Weston I at 1001 Winstead Drive in Cary, NC (~19,000 square feet total);
- A more than 11,000-square-foot expansion for AscellaHealth, a global life sciences and healthcare company, at 1055 Westlakes Drive in Berwyn, PA (~32,000 square feet total);
- A nearly 8,000-square-foot renewal and expansion for Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, a fire maintenance and support company at Remount Business Park (~19,000 square feet total); and
- A 5,100-plus-square-foot expansion for Watches of Switzerland, a British watch retailer, at The Atrium at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, FL (~25,400 square feet total).
