Accesso Partners, LLC. has marked its 15th anniversary with a new corporate identity and rebranding program that reflects its growth as a nationwide owner and manager of Class A office buildings.
The visual rebranding includes a new corporate logo that abstractly suggests a city skyline with the company name, accesso, in a bold lower case typeface called Oxygen to give it a clean, modern, progressive appeal.
The primary corporate colors are burgundy and a cool blue.
“Our rebranding, created by the very talented advertising firm, Infinitee of Atlanta, captures what we believe has made Accesso successful in the highly competitive institutional-class A office building sector—collaborate, communicate, and genuinely care for our tenants, brokers, employees and the communities we serve,” says Ariel Bentata, co-founder and managing partner of investments.
With a 15 million square foot property portfolio valued at $3 billion in its 15th year, Accesso is embarking on the next phase of its growth, Bentata says. “Our focus is acquiring additional institutional-class office buildings in class A locations in high growth cities, possibly with institutional partners, then making value-adding enhancements and tenant amenities.”
Accesso’s mission: ‘making the world better one building at a time.’
. Every element of the rebranding is interconnected, said Barbara McGraw, co-founder of Infinitee. The visual circular design in the logo were inspired by the architectural façade of Accesso’s new five story corporate headquarters that it developed in Hallandale Beach, FL. It occupies the top two floors and has a sweeping view of South Florida and the Miami skyline. ###
