Accesso has signed several lease expansions and renewals for existing tenants at the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis. Tenants expanding or renewing their leases include law firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, wealth management firm Okabena Company and law practice Lathrop GPM.
“As many companies embrace hybrid work schedules and solidify their long-term office plans, these lease expansions and renewals prove that the IDS Center remains an ideal option for a wide variety of tenants,” said Deb Kolar, the property’s general manager. “The property’s prime location in downtown Minneapolis makes it convenient and accessible, while the newly renovated Crystal Court is an on-site amenity that offers something for everyone.”
In addition to the recent renewals and expansions, tenants who signed new lease agreements or renewals at the IDS Center earlier this year also include Hogan Lovells US LLP, MedTrace Pharma Inc., Littler Mendelson P.C. and Zamansky Professional Associates.
