Houston Research Institute and Houston Medical Imaging will collectively take over 19,000 square feet of the Energy Corridor complex. They should be moved in by August 2022.
The two new tenants will join engineering consulting firm Smith Seckman Reid, who leased nearly 21,000 square feet in March.
Assesso recently finished an upgrade to the lobby. Assesso’s Mike Adams says the renovation is important to attract quality tenants, “We feel strongly that Houston’s Energy Corridor offers a compelling value proposition for companies to call the area home, and we have continued to invest in this asset with the goal of attracting new brands from all industries.”
The two new tenants carry terms of 126 months.
