Since 1998, the CEL & Associates National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Awards for Excellence have been considered among the most sought-after recognition programs within the real estate industry for measuring property performance and evaluating tenant satisfaction.

In 2019, CEL conducted more than 2.5 million surveys within the real estate industry. These surveys included questions on relationships between leasing agents and property management, overall quality of services offered, property condition and lease renewal intention.
