Atlanta-based Chime Solutions has moved into a 40,000-square-foot office space at University City’s Innovation Park.
Georgia-based Chime Solutions, a customer-care outsourcing company, has moved into a new Charlotte office space.
Chime recently signed a multiyear lease for 40,000 square feet at Innovation Park in University City. It expanded to Charlotte in 2019, moving into a sublet space there. Innovation Park, managed by Accesso, is a 200-acre office park with 12 buildings across 1.8 million square feet.
JLL’s Charley Leavitt represented Accesso in the transaction. Sam Pruitt with Site Selection Group brokered the transaction on behalf of Chime.
“Like many of the tenants who call this flagship property home, Chime Solutions is a leader in its industry and is well-respected amongst the clientele it serves,” said Abbey Rowsey, Accesso managing director, portfolio management. “With a dynamic and world-class office space of its own, Chime Solutions now has the ability to grow its workforce in the area and further advance its growth objectives.”
Chime’s new space will house up to 1,000 employees across a variety of jobs including operations managers, help desk support, service delivery managers, real-time analysts and customer service representatives.
Its amenities include two fitness centers, multiple conference rooms, a tenant lounge, outdoor seating areas, outdoor interior walking paths and dry-cleaning and car-washing services, as well as dedicated resources to support mental and physical well-being through the Accesso Club.
Mark Wilson, Chime president and chief executive officer, said after spending the last three years subleasing at Innovation Park, signing a new lease there was a no-brainer.
“As we looked to expand our presence in Charlotte, it was important for us to be part of an innovative environment that was diverse, empowering and collaborative, which is exactly what Innovation Park offers,” he said. “Having had the opportunity to be a member of this property’s community over the past three years, we have seen the inherent value afforded to tenants who are part of the Accesso family.”
