Accesso, a commercial real estate firm based in Hallandale Beach, Fla., announced two new leases at its Ashford 6 office building at 1155 Dairy Ashford in the Energy Corridor. Houston Research Institute has leased 10,117 square feet on the second floor and Houston Medical Imaging will occupy 8,884 square feet on the first floor. Both leases carry terms of 126 months. The tenants, which will employ 50 people at the property combined, will take occupancy in August, according to Accesso. Robert LaCoure, Jill Nesloney, Chris Lewis and Bryce Adams of Lee & Associates – Houston brokered both leases on behalf of the landlord. David Brodsky of David Brodsky Properties represented the tenants. The leases come on the heels of renovations to Accesso’s three-building Ashford campus, according to Mike Adams of Accesso. The company recently opened a new tenant lounge and conference facility at Atrium at Park Ten, constructed an outdoor patio and spec suites at 3900 Essex, and plans new amenities at 10333 Richmond later this year.
